We select these pieces for display, collecting, and enjoyment. Listings and descriptions show what we currently stock. Natural stones are sold as displayed in each listing.

Because every item is a natural stone, slight variations in color, size, and formation are normal. These variations are not considered defects. Descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund your payment using the original method.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order by sending confirmation or processing the shipment.

We ship within the United States to the address you provide. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process after payment confirmation. We then hand the package to a carrier. Delivery time depends on the carrier. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information you provide. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes the package, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Returns and Refunds
